Value-priced kid poles sometimes get a bad rap for bending and breaking on tough ski terrain. That isn't the case for these Junior Response Ski Poles from Scott. The Junior Response features lightweight S2 aluminum alloy shafts rated to 45,000 PSI, so it resists bends far better than a lot of those other no-name discount poles found in a clearance bargain bin. Up top you'll find a cool Joystick Grip that is proportioned just right for kid-sized gloves and mittens. Just above the hardened steel dish tip you'll find Scott's 3.6 disc basket, an aerodynamically-enhanced design with a smaller diameter than Scott's powder disc ski poles.
