The Heron 33 is a three-person tent using unique pole/hub configuration that provides maximum useable space. This three season tent is made with DAC Featherlite Aluminum Poles and Microclip technology. The DAC poles provide strong support while remaining light in weight. All Flight Series tents this season utilize a proprietary MicroClip to secure the canopy to the poles. These strong, ultralight clips employ a camming action to lock onto the pole and hold it securely in place. The result is a lighter weight clip with improved strength and holding power.

The Aeros Tent by Marmot is a light and liveable, three person tent that is easy to pack and easy to carry on multi day hiking trips. Designed wtih DAC Featherlite tent poles that are up to 15% lighter than aluminum, yet comparable in strength, with a simple crossing pole structure for extra support. Mesh walls and a catenary cut floor that is fully waterproof with taped seams that are lifted and sewn off the ground to ensure no water gets in. The knees pole system gives you the ability to increase internal space without added weight by using a bend above the lowest section of the tent to create more wall area and getting rid of the excess, wasted space. A great tent for long weekend hikes.

Petzl William Triact-Lock Carabiner
The Petzl William Triact Locking Carabiner is one of the best suited biners for double rope belaying, guiding, or when using a munter hitch.
