Via Ferrata Centenario C.A.O Monte Grona Italia
In the magnificent rocky world of Monte Grona, the Centenario via ferrata leads upwards, which I had the opportunity to climb accompanied by lizards.Although it was cloudy and gloomy, I had a great view of Lake Lugano and Lake Como along the way.

Small Via ferrata Rasnoavei Gorges
In the past few days, it has snowed, so I climbed the two climbing routes in the Rasnoavei Gorge under winter conditions. While the lower part of the challenging Big via ferrata was dry, the upper section had patches of snow and icicles.

Bolii Cave Banita

Dino Parc Rasnov
On June 12, 2015, one of the largest dinosaur theme parks in the region opened in Rasnov, where we can see 45 life-sized dinosaurs. The facility is located directly next to the Rasnov Fortress, which is one of the best-preserved Transylvanian Saxon peasant fortresses.

Waterfalls of Lapos creek Bicaz Gorges
One of the lesser-known attractions of the Bicaz Gorges is the series of waterfalls along Lapos Creek. This creek flows between Cupas Stone and Bardos Stone before eventually merging with Bicaz Creek, forming spectacular waterfalls beneath the Altar Stone.

Mürren-Gimmelwald Klettersteig Switzerland
The Mürren-Gimmelwald Klettersteig is a relatively new via ferrata route in Switzerland, located in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is moderately difficult, but incredibly scenic.

Giant fir trees Ghimes
One of the lesser-known attractions of Ghimes is the two giant-sized common fir trees. They are 42 meters tall, and have diameters of 110 cm and 130 cm at chest height.

Varghis gorges in winter
I went out to admire the ice stalagmites (standing icicles) in the Varghis Gorge. Anyone arriving here at the end of winter can observe meter-high ice stalagmites in the entrance area of Meresti Cave (now known as Orban Balazs Cave).

Poenari citadel Arges valley
The Poenari citadel is located on the southern slope of the Fagaras Mountains, on the western side of the Transfagaras road, in the Arges Valley, about 4 km from the Vidraru Lake dam. Along a steep incline, a concrete staircase leads up to the castle, which is built atop a mountain.
