Handeckfallbrücke, Gelmerbahn, Gelmersee - Schweiz 9.3 km away. Although the path from the Gelmerbahn parking bypasses the Handeckfall waterfall, it is worth descending a few steps from the valley station of the funicular, to reach Handeckfallbrücke. A 70-meter long suspension bridge that hangs 70 meters above the gorge, offering a spectacular view of the waterfall.
Gelmerbahn - Guttannen, Schweiz 9.7 km away. The Gelmerbahn in Switzerland is the steepest open funicular in Europe. It transports tourists from an altitude of 1412 meters to over 1860 meters above sea level, as well as to the Gelmer lake located at 1849 meters.

Echernwand via ferrata, World Heritage View Hallstatt, Salzberg, Dachstein Mountains 411 km away. I climbed the via ferrata on the Echernwand rock wall at dusk. This route is located above one of Austria's most beautiful lakes, and above Hallstatt.
Schulter Anstieg klettersteig Hoher Dachstein 407 km away. Two routes lead to the top of the Hoher Dachstein. The Randkluft is shorter, but can only be reached through a glacier with cracks.
Hias via ferrata Silberkarklamm, Ramsau am Dachstein 414.1 km away. The Hias via ferrata in the Silberkar Gorge (Silberkarklamm) is the first of the three via ferrata routes, and perhaps the easiest to complete. Two cable bridges and a few trickier sections make it interesting, but it is truly impressive due to the view of the narrow gorge.

Rosina via ferrata Silberkar Gorge, Ramsau am Dachstein 414 km away. The Rosina via ferrata is the most difficult via ferrata in the Silberkar Gorge (Silberkarklamm), has a D difficulty rating, and it is a vertical masterpiece. After a short suspension bridge above the stream, it leads up the rock wall next to the gorge waterfall, all the way vertically.
The Devils Iron Path Aussois, Savoy, Rhône Alps 207.1 km away. The Devil's Iron Path (Via ferrata du Diable) is a multi-part via ferrata, located above a spectacular waterfall (Cascade du Nant), in a gorge, below the Victor-Emmanuel fort. For me, this climbing route presented the greatest challenge so far (2015).
Rocher de lenvers iron path Saint Vincent de Mercuze, Isére, Rhône Alps 235.8 km away. The Rocher de l'envers via ferrata is located in a beautiful environment, above Saint-Vincent-de-Mercuze, in France. Several beautiful and large waterfalls, as well as several small cascades, make it attractive.
Via ferrata Dachstein Gams Krippenstein, Obertraun am Hallstättersee 414.3 km away. The Dachstein Gams is a new via ferrata route on Krippenstein. It has three parts: Himmeleck (A/B), Gams (C), and Nordwand (E).
Grande Fistoire iron path Le Caire, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence 313.3 km away. Because I lost the footage I made the first time (don't buy SD cards from Alibaba!), at the end of June I visited this great and exciting via ferrata again.
Siega via ferrata Silberkar Gorge, Ramsau am Dachstein 413.8 km away. The Siega via ferrata, categorized as a C/D level of difficulty, is perhaps the least interesting of the three via ferrata routes in the Silberkar Gorge (Silberkarklamm). This doesn't mean that it's not good, just that the other two are even better.
Sky Walk, Suspension Bridge, Stairway to Nothingness Styria, Dachstein 407.9 km away. The Dachstein cable car (Gletscherbahn Panorama Gondel, Panorama Cable Car) took me up to a height of 2700 meters, to the highest mountain in Styria (Steiermark), the Dachstein. Next to the upper station of the cable car there are several tourist attractions.
