Lake Bohinj - Upper Carniola, Slovenia (10 photos)
Lake Bohinj, also known as Bohinjsko jezero in Slovene and Wocheiner See in German, is the biggest permanent lake in Slovenia, covering a vast area of 318 hectares. Situated in the Bohinj Valley of the Julian Alps, in the northwestern region of Upper Carniola (Gorenjska, Alta Carniola, Oberkrain), it forms a part of the Triglav National Park.
Port of Jablanac - Croatia (18 photos)
Situated in Lika-Senj county, Croatia, Jablanac is a village located beneath the Velebit mountain, overlooking the neighboring island of Rab in the Adriatic Sea. In close proximity to Jablanac are the Velebit mountain and the Northern Velebit National Park.

Tyulenovo church, Monument to Lieutenant Valentin Terziev, Fishermen's harbor. Tyulenovo translates to Village of Seals in Bulgarian, although seals have not been observed in the area since the 1980s.
Drivers beach between Duni and Arkutino (6 photos)
Drivers or Chauffeurs Beach, also known as Alepu Beach or Dunes, is one of the most renowned and scenic wild beaches along the South Black Sea coast. Located between Duni Resort to the north and Cape Humata to the south, the beach stretches nearly 3 kilometers in length and reaches a width of up to 70 meters.
Dragon House dolmen (5 photos)
The dolmen Zmeyova Kashta (Dragon's House) is located very close to the asphalt road, near the Begliktash parking area, at the beginning of the trail to the Thracian fortress Ranuli. It is a small rectangular structure made of large stone blocks.
White dacitic tuff - Manzalesti (4 photos)
The 'Grunjul de la Manzalesti' is composed of dacitic tuff, which originates from volcanic ash. It is located in the center of the Manzalesti commune, Buzau county, at the confluence of the Slanic and Jgheab streams.

I have visited the twenty-two wooden water mills with horizontal wheels, located in the valley of the Rudaria stream, mostly in the rain and under an umbrella. Some of them are still in use today.
Buzludzha monument - Kazanluk
Buzludzha is a historically significant mountain located in the Central Balkan Mountains of Bulgaria. At its summit, at an altitude of 1432 meters above sea level, there is an abandoned monument.
Hot air balloon parade 2015 - Campu Cetatii
This year, the Hot Air Balloon Parade was organized in Campu Cetatii for the tenth time. Unfortunately, the weather only allowed for flying on Saturday morning and evening.
Shipka pass - Shipka
The Shipka Pass is one of the most spectacular crossings of the Balkan Mountains, and is part of the Bulgarka Nature Park. It separates the provinces of Gabrovo and Stara Zagora, and provides a connection between the cities of Gabrovo and Kazanlak.
Gelmerbahn - Guttannen, Schweiz
The Gelmerbahn in Switzerland is the steepest open funicular in Europe. It transports tourists from an altitude of 1412 meters to over 1860 meters above sea level, as well as to the Gelmer lake located at 1849 meters.
The Gorge of the Méouge - Ribiers, Upper Alps
Following today's climb, I experienced the soothing pleasure of immersing myself in the turquoise waters of the Méouge creek, in the pond beneath a waterfall. If you find yourself in Sisteron or Grenoble, do not miss the opportunity to explore the magnificent Méouge valley near Ribiers.
Sky Walk, Suspension Bridge, Stairway to Nothingness - Styria, Dachstein
The Dachstein cable car (Gletscherbahn Panorama Gondel, Panorama Cable Car) took me up to a height of 2700 meters, to the highest mountain in Styria (Steiermark), the Dachstein. Next to the upper station of the cable car there are several tourist attractions.
SkiGyimes ski slope - Lunca de Sus
It is well-known that in Rimetea, due to the Piatra Secuiului (Szekler's Rock) mountain, the Sun rises twice. However, perhaps few know that in Lunca de Sus, the Sun sets three times.
Shiroka Laka village - Smolyan
Shiroka Laka is one of the most beautiful villages in Bulgaria. It is located in the Rhodope Mountains, in the Smolyan province, in the southern part of the country.
Dino Parc Rasnov
On June 12, 2015, one of the largest dinosaur theme parks in the region opened in Rasnov, where we can see 45 life-sized dinosaurs. The facility is located directly next to the Rasnov Fortress, which is one of the best-preserved Transylvanian Saxon peasant fortresses.
Cherven, a medieval fortified town - Bulgaria
Located about 30 km south of the city of Ruse in Bulgaria, the Cherven medieval fortress can be found in the Rusenski Lom Nature Park. Originally a Byzantine fortification from the 6th century, it reached the height of its development in the 14th century.
The Heart of Jesus look-out - Lupeni
Through the mud on Gordon Mountain, above Farkaslaka (Lupeni commune, Harghita county, Transilvania), on a cloudy afternoon, at the end of February. The destination is the Heart of Jesus lookout, nicknamed as Pléhkrisztus (The Tin Christ).
Aareschlucht - Meiringen-Innertkirchen, Switzerland
The Aareschlucht is a 1400-meter long, 200-meter deep gorge of the Aare river, near Innertkirchen, Switzerland. It has two entrances, one from Meiringen in the west, and one from Innertkirchen in the east, which lead into the narrow, but stunning gorge.
Ski resort - Poiana Brasov - Postavarul Mountains
Shining sun and an Austria-feeling on the impeccable slopes of the ski paradise Poiana Brasov above Brasov. Sunbathing, coffee and refreshing drinks on the terrace of Julius Römer chalet.
Hot Air Balloon Parade 2018 - Campu Cetatii
This year, the hot air balloons flew low over Campu Cetatii. The weather did not really favor the parade.
