Rezovo, Bulgarias Southeasternmost Coastal Village (14 photos)
Located in southeastern Bulgaria on the Bulgaria-Turkey border, Rezovo is a picturesque seaside village and resort at the southernmost tip of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is notable for its position overlooking the Turkish bank of the Rezovo River.
Napoleon Bridge - Kobarid, Slovenia (22 photos)
The Napoleon bridge (Napoleonov most) is located near Kobarid, on the banks of the Soca (Isonzo) river. The bridge has existed since ancient times, and has undergone multiple demolitions and reconstructions.
Abandoned building Perla 2 - Primorsko (24 photos)
The abandoned building Perla 2 is located north of Primorsko, in the Stomoplo Bay area, nestled in a forest. The construction of the luxury complex Pearl-2 began in 1986, but the site was abandoned in the spring of 1990, and it became home to bats.
Manita pec cave - Croatia (21 photos)
There are 115 caves so far known in the Paklenica National Park, Manita pec is the most famous one, and is open to the public for guided visits. The cave has beautiful chambers, and various cave formations such as stalagmites, stalactites, columns, and flowstones.

Located 5 km south of Sinemorets, on the way to Rezovo, you'll find the turn-off to the last beach before the Turkey border. After approximately 1 km of dirt road winding through a forest, you'll arrive at a parking area.

Cherven, a medieval fortified town - Bulgaria
Located about 30 km south of the city of Ruse in Bulgaria, the Cherven medieval fortress can be found in the Rusenski Lom Nature Park. Originally a Byzantine fortification from the 6th century, it reached the height of its development in the 14th century.
Shipka pass - Shipka
The Shipka Pass is one of the most spectacular crossings of the Balkan Mountains, and is part of the Bulgarka Nature Park. It separates the provinces of Gabrovo and Stara Zagora, and provides a connection between the cities of Gabrovo and Kazanlak.
Sky Walk, Suspension Bridge, Stairway to Nothingness - Styria, Dachstein
The Dachstein cable car (Gletscherbahn Panorama Gondel, Panorama Cable Car) took me up to a height of 2700 meters, to the highest mountain in Styria (Steiermark), the Dachstein. Next to the upper station of the cable car there are several tourist attractions.
Shiroka Laka village - Smolyan
Shiroka Laka is one of the most beautiful villages in Bulgaria. It is located in the Rhodope Mountains, in the Smolyan province, in the southern part of the country.
Poenari citadel - Arges valley
The Poenari citadel is located on the southern slope of the Fagaras Mountains, on the western side of the Transfagaras road, in the Arges Valley, about 4 km from the Vidraru Lake dam. Along a steep incline, a concrete staircase leads up to the castle, which is built atop a mountain.
Rudariei watermills - Eftimie Murgu
I have visited the twenty-two wooden water mills with horizontal wheels, located in the valley of the Rudaria stream, mostly in the rain and under an umbrella. Some of them are still in use today.
Dino Parc Rasnov
On June 12, 2015, one of the largest dinosaur theme parks in the region opened in Rasnov, where we can see 45 life-sized dinosaurs. The facility is located directly next to the Rasnov Fortress, which is one of the best-preserved Transylvanian Saxon peasant fortresses.
Hot Air Balloon Parade 2018 - Campu Cetatii
This year, the hot air balloons flew low over Campu Cetatii. The weather did not really favor the parade.
Belogradchik fortress
Belogradchik is located in the northwestern part of Bulgaria, in the Vidin Province, at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, near the Serbian border. Its name means little white town.

The Ski Gyimes ski slope is located in Lunca de Sus, right next to the main road. It is 800 m long, the level difference is 160 m.

It is well-known that in Rimetea, due to the Piatra Secuiului (Szekler's Rock) mountain, the Sun rises twice. However, perhaps few know that in Lunca de Sus, the Sun sets three times.
